Wikileaks drops fourth batch of Clinton-related emails

WikiLeaks published 1,193 emails Wednesday morning that were obtained illegally from the inbox of John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign chair.

The website has now released more than 6,500 Podesta emails since Friday. Some of the correspondence dates back to the 2008 election.

Previous batches of emails have contained excerpts of Clinton’s most controversial paid speeches, strategy memos and internal squabbles over dueling organizations within the Clintons’ control, such as their family foundation and a consulting firm founded by Clinton loyalists.

The Clinton campaign has mostly refused to engage with the revelations exposed by WikiLeaks’ emails. Instead, aides have blasted the Russians for their alleged involvement in hacking Podesta’s email account.
